"Bob Rencher has a well-organized plan for transforming marriages. He has a friendly style that includes many anecdotes as well as commentaries from some of the most famous Christian experts on marriage. His teaching is based on Scripture and is Christ-centered. His format keeps the seminar moving and interesting. He gives a broad basis for examining marriage by dividing the seminar into several teaching sessions, which are followed by "Application Projects" for each couple to complete privately. This allows each couple to learn the formula for a strong, biblically based marriage. It permits each individual spouse, and then the couple together, to examine their marriage and communicate their needs to their partner. The "Application Projects" are in a format that promotes self-examination and evaluation without being threatening. They also encourage growth for both individual commitment and long-term strengthening of the couples' marriages.
